Our Story

Built to create the space where recovery works better.

The RTW Space was created from firsthand experience inside the claims process—and from seeing what happens when people work hard, but not always together.

Clarity Creating structure when claims stall.

The RTW Space was created after years spent inside the claims process, on the employer side, seeing firsthand where it breaks down.

As a risk leader working daily with workers’ compensation claims, I watched the same patterns repeat: claims lingering without clear direction, injured employees caught between systems, and employers managing rising costs without real visibility or ownership. Everyone involved was working hard, but not always together. Too often, the process lacked a central space for alignment, accountability, and forward momentum.

What became clear was this: Claims don’t fail because of a lack of effort. They fail because of a lack of structure and connection.

The RTW Space was built to change that.

Not to replace carriers, TPAs, or legal partners, but to create the space where they work better together.

I started The RTW Space to bring clarity to complex claims, to push progress when things stall, and to refocus the process on outcomes that matter: timely resolution, meaningful return-to-work, and protection for both the employer and the injured worker. The goal was simple: to turn reactive claims management into a proactive, collaborative strategy.

At its core, The RTW Space is about creating room for better decisions, better communication, and better results.

What guides us

A better recovery process starts with better connection.

The RTW Space creates the structure that helps employers, injured workers, and recovery partners move toward the same outcome.

01

Clarity

Complex claims need clear direction, shared expectations, and a practical path forward.

02

Connection

Better outcomes happen when injured workers, employers, and partners stay aligned.

03

Accountability

Progress depends on clear ownership, timely action, and consistent follow-through.

04

Forward Momentum

Recovery should keep people engaged, supported, and moving toward meaningful outcomes.

Alignment Everyone working toward the same goal.

The difference

We create the space where people work better together.

The RTW Space does not replace the organizations already involved in a claim.

We help connect them—bringing structure, communication, and accountability to the moments where recovery can lose momentum.

Employers gain greater clarity, coordination, and visibility.

Injured workers stay informed, respected, and engaged in recovery.

Recovery partners work from a shared strategy and clearer next steps.

Move recovery forward

Let’s create better outcomes together.

The RTW Space helps bring clarity, connection, and forward momentum to recovery and claim resolution.
